An Architect by learning and a tech-implementation pioneer by practice, Nikhil brings over three decades of trailblazing leadership to the global AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations) domain. Grounded in core architectural principles, he holds the distinction of being India’s first officially trained Revit professional—driving early BIM adoption and reshaping the technological trajectory of the Indian design and construction landscape.

Having worked alongside global technology giants like Autodesk and Trimble, Nikhil has guided enterprise organizations through transformative digital strategies. As the Founder of Qore Academy and CEO of Escher Labs, he bridges design with cutting-edge engineering technology. Today, Nikhil leads the integration of AI-driven automation, digital construction frameworks, and intelligent systems to set new standards of excellence for AEC professionals worldwide.

Operational Head

As Operational Head at Qore Academy, J. Karthikeyan leverages more than 16 years of international engineering mastery to drive platform excellence. A Mechanical Engineer with a track record at leading global consultancies, he has led complex project execution across Thermal Power, Oil & Gas, and multi-disciplinary AEC environments.

With deep project footprint across the UK, Middle East, Malaysia, and India, his expertise lies in executing advanced BIM strategies for large-scale developments—from airports and transit networks to high-density commercial and healthcare infrastructure. At Qore Academy, Karthikeyan bridges field execution with academic rigor, shaping operational standards that prepare learners for multi-disciplinary industry demands.
