– Technical & Usage Data: Internet protocol (IP) address, login data, browser type and version, time zone setting, operating system, device identity, mobile network information, referral URLs, page views, and interactions with our Learning Management System (LMS) and video hosting infrastructure.
– Location Data: Subject to your consent, geolocation-based information to provide geographically relevant features and Course recommendations.
– Communications Data: Content of support tickets, emails, text messages, and forum interactions when you contact us or engage with the Platform community.
– Direct Interactions: You provide data when you create an account, subscribe to a Course, update your profile, or contact support.
